To maintain data security, the Organization conducts all transactions using the safe and secure online payment system. The Company does not save or retain any billing information entered by the client. The Company encourages clients to keep their sensitive payment information private.

Obtained information is not shared with any third party and is only used by the Organization in the following things: 

  • To enhance the presentation of the Product; 
  • To react to any requests, queries, or complaints; and to improve the overall operation of the Service.
  • To inform the customer of important changes and modifications to the Service.
  • To deliver services in accordance with the Customer’s expectations.

If the client has an Order in process, the Assistance Team can reach them through email or phone to expedite delivery. 

The Company will not sell, distribute, or disclose Customer information without their agreement, unless required by law, such as in response to a lawsuit.

Information made immediately available to the Company’s freelancers is not the responsibility of the Company, and the Company has no control over it or guarantees its future dissemination.

Data given to the Business is held on Secure Servers, and the Client is responsible for keeping their login passwords private.
